Subscription Policy

EditBoss plans are subscriptions that renew automatically. This page explains how that works when you sign up on our website. If you signed up in the iPhone or Android app, Apple or Google bills you under their own rules: manage it in your phone's subscription settings.
Free trial
Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial with everything in your plan. Nothing is charged when you start. Before you pay, we show you the date of your first charge and the amount. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.
Renewal
When the trial ends, your plan starts at the monthly or yearly price shown when you signed up, charged to the payment method you gave. It then renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the same price, until you cancel. Prices include any sales tax or VAT.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime from your account page, in two taps. You don't need to call or email us. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep your plan until the end of the trial or the period you've paid for. You'll see the date your plan ends on screen, and our payment partner Whop emails you a confirmation.
Payments
Payments are processed by Whop. We never see your full card number. If a renewal payment doesn't go through, it is tried again for up to 5 days. If it still fails, your plan ends.
Price changes
If we change the price of your plan, we'll tell you before the new price applies to you, so you can cancel first if you want to.
Changing plans
Switch to another plan, or between monthly and yearly, from your account page.
