Refund Policy

Every EditBoss plan starts with a 3-day free trial, so you can try everything before you pay. This page covers plans bought on our website.

During the free trial

Nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you're never charged.

After a charge

If you forget to cancel and get charged for a plan you didn't want, email support@geteditboss.com within 7 days of the charge and we'll look after you. Otherwise, a month or year you've started isn't refunded, but cancelling stops every future charge and you keep your plan until that period ends.

After a refund

A full refund ends your plan straight away.

Plans bought in the app

Apple and Google handle refunds for plans bought in the iPhone or Android app. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google through your Google Play order history.

Your rights

Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
